The EFI Young Professionals Committee represents the young professionals in the field of immunogenetics, histocompatibility testing and transplantation. Our main objectives are:
- Represent EFI Young Professionals by contributing to various EFI committees as ‘young EFI members’, providing input and learning about the work of these committees
- Organize an EFI Young professionals session at the Annual EFI conference
- Facilitate interaction among EFI Young Professionals to exchange knowledge, skills, and ideas; promote events and meetings; and encourage professional networking and social engagement.
- Prioritize topics relevant for EFI Young Professionals, including bioinformatics, education, sustainability and diversity
