We are pleased to announce the Call for Nominations to fill upcoming vacancies on the EFI Executive Committee.
Open Positions on the Executive Committee:
- Secretary
- Two Councillors
The Secretary is elected for a period of three years and can be re-elected for a second term.
The Councillors serve three years and can be re-elected for a second term, but only after one year interval.
Nomination Deadline: Friday, 16 October 2026
All EFI members are invited to submit nominations for these key positions.
Please note that Executive Committee members may participate only in nominations made by the Executive Committee, which will occur during the autumn meeting.
To nominate a candidate, please submit:
- The completed Nomination Form (attached)
- A brief biography (maximum 250 words; excess will be deleted)
- A high-resolution photograph (suitable for publication)
- A short statement outlining the candidate’s proposed contribution to the Executive Committee

If multiple nominations are received for any position, an electronic election will be conducted.

The elected candidates will assume their roles at the EFI2027 Conference in Essen, Germany, during the next General Assembly.
